Dashboard

The Dashboard is the operational center of your Qrypt account. From a single sidebar you can create payment links, watch transactions roll in, see who your customers are, track payouts to your bank, and configure your business settings.

The Dashboard is available at app.qryptpay.com/dashboard once you've signed in.

The left sidebar gives you access to every section of the Dashboard:

• Overview — A snapshot of your account: recent payments, total volume, and any setup steps that still need attention.
• Payment Links — Create, manage, pause, archive, and copy your checkout links.
• Transactions — Every payment in real time, with full search and detail views.
• Customers — Aggregated records of everyone who has paid you.
• Payouts — Scheduled and completed transfers to your bank account.
• Settings — Business profile, payout account, branding, and team preferences.

The Overview page is your daily landing pad. It surfaces:

• Key metrics for the current period (total volume, transaction count, average transaction size)
• Pending setup steps if your account isn't fully verified yet
• A short list of your most recent payments

The Payment Links page is where you create and manage all of your checkout links. From here you can:

• Create a new link with a title, description, stock number, amount, currency, and payment method
• See a live Checkout Preview showing exactly what the customer will pay and what you will receive
• Copy a link to share, open the live preview, pause or activate a link, and archive links you no longer need
• Toggle between active and archived links

The Transactions page shows every payment that has hit your account, in real time. Each row includes:

• Customer name (when available) and email
• Payment link title and stock number
• Amount, currency, and the payment method used
• Status (succeeded, pending, failed, refunded)
• Timestamp

Click any transaction to see its full detail, including the underlying payment ID, fee breakdown, and any refunds or disputes.

The Customers page aggregates everyone who has paid you. We use the customer's email and identity from each payment to roll them up into a single record showing:

• Total amount paid across all transactions
• Number of payments
• First and most recent payment dates
• Contact details (email, name, username when available)

This view is especially useful for repeat buyers and account-based sales.

The Payouts page tracks money moving from Qrypt to your bank account. You'll see:

• Each payout's amount, currency, and status (scheduled, in transit, paid)
• The destination bank account
• The expected and actual arrival dates
• The transactions included in each payout

The Settings page is where you configure everything about your business and Qrypt account. The sections include:

• Business profile — Company name, address, industry, and verification status
• Payout Account — Connect or replace the bank account that receives your payouts
• Branding — Upload a company logo and pick a button color and border style for your hosted checkout pages
• Crypto surcharge — Add an optional surcharge percentage that customers pay on crypto checkouts
• Sign out — End your current session

All settings can be changed at any time. Changes apply to new payment links immediately; existing links keep the configuration they were created with.
