Payment Links

Create shareable payment links that let customers pay with crypto, card, or US bank ACH transfer.

Overview

Payment Links are the fastest way to accept money on Qrypt. Generate a unique link, share it with your customer via email, SMS, social media, or text — and receive certified funds directly in your business bank account.

Each payment link generates a hosted checkout page that handles the full payment flow: payment method selection, real-time price conversion, wallet address generation (for crypto), card collection, or ACH authorization. No code required on your side.

Payment Links are ideal for:

  • High-ticket retail (vehicles, jewelry, equipment, art)
  • Dealership deposits and final sale balances
  • Freelancers and consultants invoicing clients
  • E-commerce stores without a custom checkout integration
  • One-off service payments and milestone billing

How It Works

When a customer opens a Qrypt Payment Link, they land on a hosted checkout page configured for the exact payment method you selected. Depending on the method, they will see:

  • Crypto — A token and chain selector with real-time conversion rates, a unique wallet address per transaction, a QR code, and a rate-lock countdown.
  • Card — A familiar card form (number, expiry, CVC) plus Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported.
  • Bank Transfer (ACH) — A guided ACH authorization flow where the customer connects their US bank.

Once the customer pays, Qrypt confirms the payment, notifies you, and queues the funds for settlement on your next payout cycle.

Info

Each crypto payment generates a unique wallet address per transaction. This guarantees accurate payment matching and eliminates the risk of misattributed funds.

Payment Methods & Fees

Every payment link uses exactly one payment method. The customer absorbs the processing fee at checkout — you receive the full amount you entered.

Crypto

Crypto is the default method on every new link. The customer pays the base amount plus a 3.5% processing fee (and any optional surcharge you've configured in Settings). You can also enable a custom crypto surcharge that gets added on top — useful if you want to bake margin into crypto payments specifically.

  • Fee — 3.5% (2.9% Qrypt platform fee + 0.6% network processing)
  • Optional surcharge — Configurable per merchant from Settings
  • Currencies — USD, CAD
  • Settlement — Converted to fiat at the locked rate, deposited as certified funds

Card

Card payments use Whop's negotiated card processing rates, which are passed through to the customer. Qrypt does not take a separate cut — the displayed fee is the entire fee.

  • Fee (USD) — 2.3% + $0.30
  • Fee (CAD) — 1.8% + $0.30
  • Brands — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported
  • Currencies — USD, CAD

Bank Transfer (ACH)

ACH bank transfer is built for high-ticket sales where a flat fee is dramatically cheaper than a percentage. ACH runs on the US banking rails, so your customer must hold a US bank account and pay in USD — but you, the merchant, can be located in any region Qrypt supports. Merchants outside the US can still create ACH links and accept payments from US-based buyers.

  • Fee — $5.00 flat per transaction
  • Currency — USD only (links must be priced in USD)
  • Payer requirement — Customer must have a US checking or savings account
  • Merchant requirement — Available to merchants in any Qrypt-supported region, US or international

Tip

On a $50,000 sale, ACH costs the customer $5 vs. roughly $1,150 on a card. For large transactions, ACH is almost always the right choice if your customer can use a US bank.

Supported Cryptocurrencies

For crypto payment links, customers can pay with stablecoins or major cryptocurrencies on a wide selection of chains. The exact options shown at checkout are determined by our payment processor (Coinflow) and updated as new networks come online.

Currently supported chains and tokens include:

  • Bitcoin — BTC
  • Solana — SOL, USDC
  • Ethereum — ETH, USDC, USDT, DAI
  • Base — ETH, USDC, EURC, cbBTC
  • Polygon — POL, USDC, USDC.e, DAI
  • Arbitrum — ETH, ARB, USDC
  • Optimism — ETH, OP, USDC, USDT, DAI
  • Avalanche — AVAX, USDC, EURC

Info

This list is continually expanding. The customer always sees the current set of supported chains and tokens at checkout, even if this page is out of date.

Settlement & Payouts

When a payment is confirmed, Qrypt converts it (if needed) and queues the resulting fiat for settlement to your linked bank account.

  • Crypto — Converted at the rate locked during checkout, then queued for payout.
  • Card — Authorized at checkout, settled by the card processor, then deposited.
  • ACH — Authorized at checkout, settled when the transfer clears (typically 2–3 business days for ACH).

Payouts arrive as ACH transfers to your business bank account. Cycle and timing depend on your account configuration and verification status.

Best Practices

  • Use descriptive titles — Include the item name, stock number, or invoice reference so customers and your records both know what the link is for.
  • Pick the right method for the price point — ACH for high-ticket USD sales, card for instant authorization, crypto for global customers and the fastest settlement.
  • Test with a small amount first — Create a $1 link, run it end to end, and confirm it appears in your dashboard before sending real links to customers.
  • Pause stale links — When a sale falls through, pause the link instead of leaving it live. You can always reactivate it.
  • Monitor the Dashboard — Check Transactions regularly for pending or failed payments that may need customer follow-up.
