Getting Started

Everything you need to know to start accepting crypto, card, and bank transfer payments with Qrypt.

What is Qrypt?

Qrypt is a payment processing platform built for businesses that move high-ticket inventory. We give merchants three ways to get paid — crypto, card, and US bank ACH transfer — all from a single shareable link, all settling as certified funds in your bank account.

When a customer pays with crypto, Qrypt instantly converts it on the backend and deposits dollars (or your local currency) into your bank — no wallets to manage, no volatility risk, no technical expertise required. When they pay with a card or ACH transfer, the funds settle the same way.

Qrypt provides three core tools to enable payments across every channel:

  • Payment Links — Shareable checkout links that accept crypto, card, or ACH
  • Dashboard — Real-time analytics, transaction history, customer records, and payout management
  • Payouts — Automated settlement to your business bank account

How It Works

The Qrypt payment flow is designed to be seamless for both merchants and customers. Here is how a typical transaction works:

  1. Customer opens the link — They click a Qrypt payment link or scan a QR code. The hosted checkout page shows the amount, your business branding, and the payment method you've configured.
  2. Customer pays — Depending on the link, they either send crypto from their wallet, enter card details, or authorize an ACH bank transfer. Qrypt locks the conversion rate at the moment of payment.
  3. Instant conversion — For crypto, Qrypt converts to fiat at the locked rate. For card and ACH, the funds are processed directly. Either way, there is zero volatility exposure for the merchant.
  4. Settlement — Certified funds are deposited into your linked bank account on your configured payout schedule.

Info

Exchange rates for crypto payments are locked at the moment of checkout, protecting both you and your customer from price fluctuations during the transaction window.

Quick Start

Getting started with Qrypt takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps to begin accepting payments:

  1. Create your account — Sign up at app.qryptpay.com with your business email or Google account. Verify your email with the 6-digit code we send you.
  2. Complete business verification — Finish the KYB (Know Your Business) flow inside the dashboard. This is a guided process — most merchants complete it in under 10 minutes, with approval typically arriving within 1–2 business days.
  3. Connect your bank account — Link your business bank account for settlement from the Settings page. Qrypt uses bank-level encryption for all financial connections.
  4. Create your first payment link — From the dashboard, click Payment Links, set a title, amount, currency, and payment method, then share the checkout URL with a customer. You'll see the transaction appear in real time once it clears.

Tip

Start with a small test transaction to familiarize yourself with the flow before rolling out to customers.

Account Setup

Your Qrypt account is the command center for all your payment operations. During setup, you'll configure:

  • Business profile — Company name, industry, and address. This information is used for verification and appears on customer receipts.
  • Bank account — The destination for your settled funds. Linked from Settings > Payout Account.
  • Default currency — Choose USD or CAD as the pricing currency for your payment links.
  • Crypto surcharge (optional) — Pass the crypto processing fee to your customer by adding a surcharge percentage to crypto payments. Surcharge applies only to crypto links.
  • Checkout branding — Upload your company logo and set the button color and border style for your hosted checkout pages.
  • Payout method — Configure how and when you receive funds. Payouts run on a regular schedule once your account is verified.

All settings can be modified at any time from the Dashboard under Settings.
