Before You Contact Us
If you're reporting an issue, including the following information makes it dramatically faster for us to help:
- Your business name and the email on your Qrypt account
- The transaction ID (visible in Dashboard > Transactions)
- The payment link title or URL
- A short description of what you expected vs. what happened
- Screenshots or screen recordings if relevant

Status
For real-time platform status and incident history, check the Dashboard's Overview page. We post any active incidents directly there.
Feature Requests
We prioritize new features and supported chains based on merchant demand. If there's a payment method, blockchain, currency, or workflow you need, send it to support@qryptpay.com with the subject line "Feature request" and a short description of your use case.
Security
If you've discovered a security vulnerability in the Qrypt platform, please report it confidentially to security@qryptpay.com. Do not disclose the issue publicly until we've had a chance to investigate and respond.
We treat all security reports as our highest priority and will acknowledge receipt within one business day.
