Common Issues
Payment not showing up
If a customer reports sending a payment but it's not visible in your Dashboard, check the following:
- Confirm the transaction was sent to the correct wallet address (visible on the payment page)
- Check the blockchain explorer for the relevant cryptocurrency to verify the transaction was broadcast
- Allow sufficient time for blockchain confirmation (varies by network)
- If the rate lock window expired before the transaction confirmed, the payment may need to be re-initiated
Settlement not received
If a settlement hasn't arrived in your bank account:
- Verify the settlement status in the Dashboard under Transactions → Settlements
- Check that your bank account details are correct in Account Settings
- ACH transfers take 1–2 business days; SEPA transfers may take 1–3 business days
- If the settlement shows as "completed" but funds haven't arrived after 3 business days, contact support
Account Help
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password via email. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
I'm locked out of my account
Accounts are temporarily locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact support for immediate assistance.
I need to update my business information
Go to Settings → Business Profile in the Dashboard. Some changes (like legal business name) may require re-verification.
